How often do you reconcile your budget? Most people review monthly however, it’s essential to also review your budget during the month. Glancing at your budget throughout the month helps you stay within your spending limits. We have started to reconcile every night before bed, it’s become part of our nightly routine. In addition, we set aside time each Sunday afternoon to review our weekly budget for the week ahead.
